Cherryland Amateur Radio Club Annual Summer Picnic is on! We hope you will come out and shae a meal with your friends, colleagues, fellow hams and their spouses.
The Summer Picnic will be held in the same pavilion as years gone by inside Sayler Park in Yuba.
Take M31 North from Traverse City or South from Elk Rapids. Turn onto Yuba Park Road, heading West. Go toward the water and look for a Cherryland ARC sign – pointing the way to drive to the pavilion. Look for cars with Antennas. You have arrived.
This picnic is strictly what members bring to eat. So, bring a dish to pass and any main-course for your family. A grill will be available for your use.
The Club will provide paper-plates, glasses, plastic ware, napkins and condiments.
Each year the Summer Picnic is a memorable time to visit and meet the family members that support our Ham Radio endeavors. Bring a show-and-tell item, or perhaps an item or two to sell, trade or pass on to someone else.
