Traverse Area District Library Sight & Sound division will host a free series of seven weekly classes designed to prepare the student for the FCC License Exam for the Technician Class, entry level Amateur Radio License. CARC will facilitate these classes which will be held on Monday Evenings – 6pm – 7:45pm at the Traverse Area District Library on Woodmere Avenue.  Classes begin on September 18.
